This policy explains how Proven Security ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit provensecurity.com or contact us. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Use of the Proven Assure platform is covered by your customer agreement and data processing agreement.
What we collect
- Details you give us through forms or email, such as your name, work email, company, country and message.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls you have asked for.
- To send information about our services where you have agreed to receive it.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our form provider, email and CRM systems, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may share data where the law requires us to.
Where it is stored
Data may be processed in India, Singapore and other countries where our service providers operate. Where data leaves its country of origin, we take the steps required by applicable law to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@provensecurity.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Data Protection Board of India or Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission.
